Custom workout easy to create compared to other apps. Good for HIIT. Even adding a workout that’s not in the apps is possible.

I had downloaded the trial...it wasn't enough. I ended up buying the full version because I wanted to try out the other workouts. I've had the full trial for about a week and I enjoy it. The workouts are all timed exercises so it is all up to the user(s) on how much work they want to put in.

The application supports Health app:
At your request, the data on completed training will be automatically added to the Health app.
