I ordered a jeans 34 size firstly they sent me wrong size 28 or 26. After that I was looking for exchange I got to know I can’t exchange or return the products like other app I found I should visit nearest vishal store. So we went and they said our Internet is not working n all. soo after 2-3 hrs we visited other vishal store it’s 2.6 km from my address but they r saying sorry we can’t exchange it or return it bcoz it’s not collected from our store. So why vishal app is showing u can exchange from any nearest store ?? I had done soo much shopping from vishal but online experience is very bad seriously .

I have purchased the clothes and towels and the counter man is cheated me. The towels has a scheme buy 2 & get 1 free and the counter person is not asked me to get one more and when I asked then the man said to ask his manager. Manager denied and said you can’t get because you already paid but I asked for return/exchange the he said if you want you can leave your all things here and get out. I have asked many people and everyone is saying that this is happening everyday in this store. I appeal please don’t visit here, the address is ‘’old delhi gurgaon road dundahera sector 21’’.
