I had 1159 rupees as my LR credit but when I had changed the phone and logged in with the same mobile number in the new phone, I could not see my LR credits and when I got a call from customer support, they said that you have ordered something so your LR credit is not shown. This is nothing but only cheating. I have not ordered for any product nor I have received any product and still I cannot find my LR credits in my account.. the customer service is very poor. The sales executives who called they do not have proper information regarding the account and they are of no help to us and even if we email them they reply after 5 to 6 days and even after the reply of the email, no prompt action is taken. they are such cheaters that when we are writing a negative review and when we try to send the review, they tell us to write the nickname whatever nickname we write they say this nickname is already been taken so we are not able to send the review.

As far as everything goes well, there is no problem, they are prompt in delivering, collecting your returns and pay you back - creator not amount, I was very happy, but when you order 2 or more products from the same supplier, I think they cheat you, instead of sending more than one item, they send you just one item, you can’t open and see when receiving, hoping it contains more than one item or the other item is on it’s way, you accept the packet, but when you open it you get less item and bill for more items, they know you can’t prove it, I don’t know if I can approach consumer court for this So always buy only those products which you can afford to loose, because if the seller cheats you buy not sending you the product, Limeroad is not going to help you As far as everything goes well, it’s good, they are not there when you need them
