Okay, so here I am Akansha and I’ll give you what I really feel about mitten so first of all I really like this app because I was in eighth class when I aware about this app from someone’s snap story, and then I’ll try to purchase it and then from every month or every four month, I’ll do a purchase from because I really like on that time I was a student and we don’t have that much money or any kind of source of money so that we can bought some good skincare products and I really like to prep my skin or I love the skin care, but on that time, honestly skincare products are so much costly that I was not able to afford that so I use smitten every two months asking money from my mom, but a quite time ago, like it last second order, the product was cancelled from the mitten app and my refund still not granted. I’ll try to connect with the customer support, but there is a lack of customer support doesn’t have any customer support number either, and they only just Mailing me some forward messages and mailing. I wish if mitten intelligence or research analysis team reviewing my comment or checking it. Take it as a positive and please refund my amount. The item which was written from your end. I am using Symtten since last one and half years and now I am concluding that this is a fraud site by fraud people. Initially I am also very happy by the side but now I am telling some facts about the site . 1. They people thought that they can misplace any item by giving the some small and useless gift to the customer. 2. they don’t bother about the delivery of the product. 3. While delivering product on the top of the box they mentioned all names of the products but if something is missing inside the box, they are not responsible for it. Delivery boy also doesn’t know what is inside the box. 4. their refund cancellation and return policy is worst. They don’t have any customer care number. 5. After lots of mail communication, if you are lucky, you will get the money otherwise they people simply send forwarded mail to you. 6. this is the fourth time when I am struggling for my missing product. First time I didn’t do anything for my missing product. Second and third time after lots of male communication, I got the money.
