Incredible Game

Everything about this game is wonderful. Not only does it expand on the gameplay of Archero, but it also adds a storyline and lovable characters. You can choose to pay $7 for the full game OR view an ad after each expedition. The choice is nice and I think it's totally worth the money. Plus the devs are quick to respond if anything happens and are ultra helpful. The main story is somewhat short, but you're able to replay as many times as you like and there's also a Party Mode which adds to the fun. Now for my few issues with the game: * The biggest issue I have is during Party Mode it's nearly impossible to move around because your party is standing on all sides of you. It would be amazing if you could walk through your party or push then around easier. Same goes for Jack in the Story Mode * English is clearly not the devs' first language and that is pretty clear while playing. There's quite a few errors and the dialogue feels very awkward. Not a big deal but noticeable * It is quite short. Even with Party Mode it feels like a short experience for the amount of money. (if you choose to pay that is) It'd be nice if there was maybe an extra island or more buildings. Even if those are just available when buying the deck blueprint or when playing a second time. Not a big gripe but would give the game more replay ability. And honestly that's all the problems I have with the game. Overall it's wonderful and a nice time killer. Have definitely enjoyed many hours playing. 9/10 would recommend!

This has everything I love. Can’t stop playing.

So I don’t normally leave reviews but this game is freaking awesome. Where do I start first it’s got SNESJRPG style pixel graphics. But don’t let the cutesy aesthetic fool you. I’ve died 29 times already and I think the only consequences you lose the items you were obtain a run through the dungeons but could be more either way very challenging at least for me in a fun way. It’s also super addictive when it comes to collecting as it’s got an item system similar to Diablo two with magic rare and unique items with various stats that affect your characters fighting healing abilities etc. spoiler you can also unlock socketable enhancements. You don’t get to keep these items after a dungeon run or after you die but you find them along the way during each run. As you progress and collect resources there is a crafting system as well as the ability to create buildings similar to real time strategy games like command and conquer which unlock various skill trees and abilities for your character. It’s got a light but interesting storyline that keeps you wanting to know more very mysterious. The combat is challenging arcade like but not impossible but I have yet to beat the first boss even though I’ve sunk maybe four hours into the game. And from what I can see there are many bosses and multiple dungeons besides the first one that I haven’t even reached yet. It’s free to play and I guess there’s some in that purchases which I don’t even know if they are yet because the game definitely doesn’t hound you were advertised them to you overall I’m having a blast and this game has all of the elements I love in action RPG‘s and roguelites.

Few ads for free version- a must have.

I love this game so much. You can play the whole thing for free with only one ad per adventure and like 20 per bridge or you can buy a no ad purchase which also unlocks bridges for free. I’m only on the second island but I have fallen in love with Cheese and Jack and can’t wait to discover more about this games lore. The battle mechanic is easy to pick up on and not too hard to master. It has a very nice grab and go play style so I can pick it up whenever I’m free and set it down whenever work calls. Since you start each dungeon adventure from scratch it’s not a grindy game, and you don’t feel bored going into the same dungeon, but you can upgrade your character on the islands which are permanent! All in all this is one of my favorite games to play and I’ve gotten a friend to start playing just from playing it a bit around them. 10/10 highly recommend
