I joined the app after seeing at entrance “Better Offers With App”. Saturday that was true. Shairi I didn’t see was the receipts showing our purchase. It does show my points. FAQ did say it may take time. There is a feature to add receipt we ordered our lunch at table and paid through the servers handheld device. It shows no orders in the history. I know we have been there 3?times this year paid through the waitresses electronic hand held. Just curious where the points accumulate. Want to make the next level. Thanks

Was in for dinner last week and had the Baby Back Ribs. They were so tender and juicy, falling off the bone with a Smokey sweet flavor and just the right amount of sauce! The Fries were also beautifully done being crispy on the outside yet light and fluffy inside. Keep up the great work Grill Masters!

On July 30th, I placed a large order for a funeral service on the 31st. Pat handled this for me and was SUPER helpful!!! He was very patient and detailed everything, assuring me that I would have no problems. When I arrived for pickup, Tyler was filling my order and ALSO was SUPER helpful. The order was accurate, well packaged and Tyler made sure everything was covered. I had not been aware, but was pleasantly surprised to even get plates napkins and silverware. The food was the appropriate temperature and everything was delicious. Thanks to the caring staff, our reception went well. I was able to get the meal ready before the guests came.
