I use the app All the time and I never can sign into the rewards. I also have never been able to order sausage lentil Soup as a side unless I enter it in manually because it’s not on the app as an option but is an option on the menu in the restaurant. Would love for an updated app that includes all available.

My wife and I both enjoy the Miami Lakes location. The experience at the restaurant with Carolina is always great and when we pick up our order to go it is always right and the food hot.

New app is small - will not expand to full screen on my iPad. Calorie count is not on item picture any more - take several clicks to find it. When you do find it, it is a lot of info on a small screen. Also, Dine Rewards seems to no longer work. I receive emails that I have rewards about to expire. When I go to Carrabba’s or Outback, they can never find any Dine Rewards for me. We eat there a lot. My friends say they have quit trying to redeem awards.
