My daughter and I went here for diner tonight. We waited 20 minutes to put our order in. After 10 I ask for help. We ate our salads from the bar and never got our drinks. The waiter actually brought our food out to the table 40 minutes after we got there, still NO drinks. I ask him if we could get them. He was a nice guy and told us how they are short staff and I understand, but if I was short on the money, I’m sure that would have NOT been OK. I was really surprised that he charges us for the drinks at all after we sit there thirsty, almost the whole time. He then offered to buy our desserts- Next time we come in! Well. this isn’t my first time having similar experiences here. And I probably won’t be back to this location at all. Sad. Because the food was good

Our service could’ve been a lot better. We sat at a four top that only had silverware for two. Our waiter didn’t bring us another set. We had to wait 15 minutes before someone would take our drink order, then another 10 minutes for us to order our dinner. Two of us ordered the 2/$25. When we received our app the waiter brought three dirty plates. I asked another male to bring us three clean plates. By the time we received three clean plates our appetizer was cold. My boyfriend had to get a set of silverware from another for me. I had ordered the tenders with zucchini. When we received our food it was hot. I asked for ranch dressing for my chicken tenders. We waited for the ranch which we never received. My boyfriend went to the salad bar to get me some. My son ordered the 6 ounce sirloin medium and received it well. The waiter never refilled our drinks. Our waiter came by and asked if we wanted dessert, we didn’t want any. The waiter brought us our check, we asked for three boxes. We waited for 10 minutes for the boxes. Then we had to 10 minutes to pay. As we were leaving the waiter was on his cell phone having a conversation. Overall we’ve received better service from other restaurants.

I called in & ordered a cheeseburger & tots for pickup. The person taking my order said 5-10 minutes. I live close and I knew I would be early. When I still didn’t have my order 20-25 minutes later. I decided I should call the restaurant. Tom and I believe he’s a manager answered. I told him I was checking on my order and told him it was to be ready in 5 to 10 minutes and I knew it would take more than 5 minutes to get the order ready. He said I’m sure it’s ready. I had a bad feeling about the food so before I left the parking lot I tried it and the tots were barely warm. I took one bite of the burger that was barely warm. I don’t think I should have to come home and warm the food up to make it edible. If they don’t have enough help to bring the food to the car, they shouldn’t make that offer and the customer should be told when they order we will have to come in and get their food! I’m disappointed in Tom because I’m sure he knew when he handed me that food, it wasn’t even close to being hot.
