My daughter and I went here for diner tonight. We waited 20 minutes to put our order in. After 10 I ask for help. We ate our salads from the bar and never got our drinks. The waiter actually brought our food out to the table 40 minutes after we got there, still NO drinks. I ask him if we could get them. He was a nice guy and told us how they are short staff and I understand, but if I was short on the money, I’m sure that would have NOT been OK. I was really surprised that he charges us for the drinks at all after we sit there thirsty, almost the whole time. He then offered to buy our desserts- Next time we come in! Well. this isn’t my first time having similar experiences here. And I probably won’t be back to this location at all. Sad. Because the food was good

Our service could’ve been a lot better. We sat at a four top that only had silverware for two. Our waiter didn’t bring us another set. We had to wait 15 minutes before someone would take our drink order, then another 10 minutes for us to order our dinner. Two of us ordered the 2/$25. When we received our app the waiter brought three dirty plates. I asked another male to bring us three clean plates. By the time we received three clean plates our appetizer was cold. My boyfriend had to get a set of silverware from another for me. I had ordered the tenders with zucchini. When we received our food it was hot. I asked for ranch dressing for my chicken tenders. We waited for the ranch which we never received. My boyfriend went to the salad bar to get me some. My son ordered the 6 ounce sirloin medium and received it well. The waiter never refilled our drinks. Our waiter came by and asked if we wanted dessert, we didn’t want any. The waiter brought us our check, we asked for three boxes. We waited for 10 minutes for the boxes. Then we had to 10 minutes to pay. As we were leaving the waiter was on his cell phone having a conversation. Overall we’ve received better service from other restaurants.

The service is inconsistent. The bartenders are not trained in mixing drinks and they are seldom the same. Bloody Mary’s are different according to which bartender makes it. The bartenders also serve food, and abandon the bar to do so. I have waited at a table for drinks and there was no one behind the bar for a long period of time. Also, they don’t watch the bar enough. They seem to gather at the end of the bar and talk amongst themselves and their friends rather than servicing their customers. They just don’t watch the bar patrons enough. Some of us drink faster than others. They are overloaded and understaffed. I also don’t like their paying system. They bring the card reader to your table and stand there (usually while you’re eating) and present the invoice with a predetermined tip for you to enter. The food is usually good but the quantity gets smaller as the price goes up. I don’t mind paying more because I know the situation, but I expect the same quantity!
