I started this practice right when Covid started and I was homeschooling my daughter. She was not happy to be sitting in front of a Zoom screen. My number one Saboteur is the Hyperachiever which came out in full force and almost ruined our relationship. I finally saw how that impacted the people around me. It opens your eyes to your strengths how you can overuse them in a negative way. This is a game changer!
It’s hard to describe the value of this app to someone who has not experienced it—because it sounds too good to be true! When I started the PQ program, I knew this program contained what was missing from every other program I’d experienced, including as a corporate employee. If your external results are not matching what you believe yourself capable of, invest in this research-backed program. I was already a professional coach when I completed this program, but this program instantly made me understand how presidents govern nations. Ease can be practiced, but deep, Jedi change is accessible to anyone.
I really appreciate how the videos are now integrated into the app, all in one… Not having to go to a separate location for those. The mindfulness exercises keep me grounded, and I like the variety of options in “the gym”. (I do wish the dashboard for PQ muscles had a green circle instead of orange,And that the battery%charged looked more like a battery shape like on the older app (not a circle like now for both muscles and batter level), and that the battery was colored green… The orange makes me think it’s low all the time. But these are minor details, on a very effective tool that is fun and easy to use and provides incredible inspiration to keep intercepting self sabotaging behaviors and build mental muscles
