Heroic | The Training Platform

I can’t express how much I have learned from starting to follow the Heroic program and going through the coaches certification program. By using the information I have learned in the program I have made improvements in all areas of my life, but specifically in the Big 3, Energy, Work, and Love. My wife has also benefited from hearing some of Brian and Michael’s lectures and what I talk to her about. One of the biggest areas has been our nutrition. We now prepare most of our food Sunday for the week and are eating 99% Whole Foods, eliminating the majority of processed foods from our house. Focusing on our AM and PM book ends have allowed us to really dial in on our energy. I train 7 days a week and have started meditating and doing breath work for 12 min a day. I just finished the coaches program which means tomorrow is day 1. I invested in the Lifetime Coaches membership because I want to continue to grow and learn in this program. I think the most important thing about the information I have learned is that I am putting it into action. That’s what is making all the change. I am driven to get a little better each day so that I can help my family, friends, and teammates reach their goals and dreams! Close the gap! All In! Let’s Go!!

I took my time with the app before I wrote this review because I needed to experience it as part of my daily life for awhile. I can say without doubt this app has everything you need for where you are at in your life. Need daily reminders of goals around energy (health/wellness), work, and love - this app makes it easy for you to do that. Need to present to your leadership and stand in front of a room of execs you’ve never met before - this app has tools for that (literally helped me deliver a successful presentation to a board of directors and the c-suite - a first for me. Between the meditation training and the masterclass on public speaking, I was set.) Need to make resolutions your way of life ongoing? Need to know how to increase your energy? How to build habits that stick, how to lead a team effectively? This app is for you. It really does have everything for everyone at every time and stage of your life. It’s been life changing for me and if you spend some time with it, it will be life changing for you too! I loved it so much I also became a Heroic coach which has helped me so much in my career. Can’t recommend this highly enough!

The Heroic app asks you every single morning to re-commit to your virtues and micro goals/targets. At first I thought that might be a little annoying, but I added it to my existing daily affirmations habit and mark them off as a say them to myself in the mirror. After a few days I really understood the ‘why’ behind doing that. If you aren’t reminding yourself who you want to be and the identity you want to build on a daily basis, it’s very easy to forget about those things and this app really resets you on the right course every morning. I’m completely paraphrasing but Brian commented during the live stream launch party that he too would find it hard to meet his New Years resolutions if he didn’t remind himself of his targets every day. I’m very thankful that Brian and team built this app to help all of us optimize and actualize with! I also can see how committed the team is to continual improvement and optimization of the app, and I’m excited to see what they roll out next for us!
