I’ve been using NuCalm regularly for about 4 years now and when used consistently and as directed (for the Rescue tracks you need to use a light blocking eye mask and good quality headphones, preferably noise-cancelling ones) it’s an incredibly powerful system to bring calm to the nervous system and healing to the body. It has given me the ability to sleep solidly through the night after years of sleep troubles due to severe chronic stress and is something you just need to try to experience it for yourself. I actually really disliked using this when I first started using it because my body was so wound up due to the years of stress but I stuck with it and after about 6 weeks of consistent use began to notice changes with overall being more calm and present during the day and then being able to sleep throughout the night. Prior to this I was only able to sleep for 3-4 hours at a time. I now look forward to my daily Rescue session, it’s like a vacation from the harshness life can bring to us all. The Focus and Sleep tracks are great too but the Rescue tracks are what have personally impacted me the most. This company is legit and sincerely wants to help people have a better quality of health and life and I applaud them for their contributions to help humankind in such a needed way!

I’m a dentist and I use Nucalm to relax my patients. I used Nucalm myself during sleep for the first time to relieve a lot of stress I’ve had in recent months. I tried the deep sleep session and I was incredibly amazed at how vivid my dreams were. I had dreams of my mother and brother who passed and they were so real that when I woke up, I was literally in tears. The main reason I started using the app was because I had uncontrollable high blood pressure. When I woke up from just that one session, my blood pressure was normal. I’m using the deep sleep session every night now. I would have to say it’s life-changing because stress and high blood pressure will eventually take your life and Nucalm has actually lowered my blood pressure when medications didn’t work. The icing on the cake is better a better quality of REM sleep which is where all the magical dreaming happens!

I have a lifetime purchase, so I’ve spent quite a bit of money for this product and it has definitely absolutely helpedd me. I just wish they had some more variations because I use it nightly to sleep and really only one of the tracks works for me for the deep sleep otherwise the others actually are not I am not able to sleep with them they don’t make me feel good. I often wake up too early and use the rescue. and other tracks that are meant to be used during the day which absolutely are wonderful for me to wake up in a great place.
I just again wish that they had more tracks because I find that using the bio signal and the headphones, and mask sometimes even listening to other mediations is affective as well, so I’m sure if we had more tracks it would great.
