NuCalm:Sleep, Recover, Perform

I've run the full NuCalm protocol daily for a long time now -- Ignite, Priming, Rescue, Focus, Flow State -- and Deepest Sleep+ is the one that changed my life the most. Since I started using it, I've had record-breaking contiguous sleep blocks (any man over 50 who's up two or three times a night knows exactly why that matters). Full nights, no fragmentation. That's not a small thing -- that's the whole game. And it doesn't stand alone. The Ignite sessions are my daily engine -- on the days I don't want to train, one track in, two at the absolute most, and I'm launched. Ready to go, no debate with myself required. The new 40-minute Rescue VT is its own kind of miracle -- it's the rest-equivalent of two hours of sleep. Doesn't replace the sleep. Doesn't need to. It gives your nervous system what it needs when the clock won't cooperate. Between Deepest Sleep+ rebuilding my nights and Rescue/Ignite carrying me through the days, this isn't a wellness app to me anymore -- it's infrastructure. NuCalm built something real here bc there’s no part of my life the app doesn’t impact.

I’ve been using NuCalm regularly for about 4 years now and when used consistently and as directed (for the Rescue tracks you need to use a light blocking eye mask and good quality headphones, preferably noise-cancelling ones) it’s an incredibly powerful system to bring calm to the nervous system and healing to the body. It has given me the ability to sleep solidly through the night after years of sleep troubles due to severe chronic stress and is something you just need to try to experience it for yourself. I actually really disliked using this when I first started using it because my body was so wound up due to the years of stress but I stuck with it and after about 6 weeks of consistent use began to notice changes with overall being more calm and present during the day and then being able to sleep throughout the night. Prior to this I was only able to sleep for 3-4 hours at a time. I now look forward to my daily Rescue session, it’s like a vacation from the harshness life can bring to us all. The Focus and Sleep tracks are great too but the Rescue tracks are what have personally impacted me the most. This company is legit and sincerely wants to help people have a better quality of health and life and I applaud them for their contributions to help humankind in such a needed way!

Things were great in the beginning and then this new change came. Ive had endless complications trying to communicate with customer service and whenever i did it was one guy named “Bob” he made things harder than easier for me. This process should be simple and “relaxing” as stated. Im not sure if this company really has peoples best interest in mind to be honest. Its ashame because the system it self is really great but the app, website, and customer service absolutely put a bad cover on the company’s name. The new website makes it extra hard to find what your looking for and when you do the prices are through the roof. Ive NEVER delt with such bad customer service before leaving numerous emails and phone calls to be left frustrated without what i need (i get better customer service calling airlines if you can believe that). I was told i would have my neuro acoustic software until the 15th of this month and got lied to. I have 4 discs left so i needed that time the app told me i had left. I wasted a disc today thinking i had time left on the app! What a hoax… The company was doing good until all this change started to happen the app didn't look old school, website was working ok, and there wasn't any serious complications. Im genuinely sad and feel slightly abandoned due to the fact that ive found something that works for me and have no way of getting help navigating the best way to go about the system.
