This app is really wonderful. The content is updated often, and the classes are so thoughtfully designed, that it’s enjoyable to re-Watch classes you’ve tried in the past. Really loving this app and its convenience; fits perfects into my busy life

I have been using this app for months now. I have taken breaks from using it, and I always find myself struggling with one thing or another. Lukis and Helle are the perfect remedy to get me back on track to feeling whole and complete ❤️

I never leave reviews, but just want to say first of all, for anyone who is considering breathwork or doesn’t even know about it yet, try it- you’ll be amazed by what happens with consistent practice, even just with the 5-6 minute daily practice. If you are a more experienced practitioner, this is different than others I have personally tried (I find all breathwork to be incredibly healing for my nervous system, regardless of the teacher), but in a beautiful way. Helle and Lukas (sp?) bring such a beautiful, calm, soothing presence to each session, and it has been well worth the subscription as I have personally been receiving the benefits of a more calm and regulated nervous system throughout my day, as well as releases of stuck energy/emotions that can sometimes weigh us all down. This is something I would highly recommend to anyone to do, every single day. Much love❤️
