SOMA Breath: Guided Breathwork

This new upgrade is fantastic and I actually use it both on my phone and on my computer so I can always have breath work at the fingertips The coherence room is super cool and I love seeing who else is breathing with me

I would give this app 5 stars but lately it’s been pausing to load frequently throughout the meditation even when connected to WiFi, which is frustrating.

This is a great app to contribute to wellbeing. Breathwork is such an amazing practice to help us connect with ourselves and be present. We are bringing the breath of life into our body each time we breathe and bringing awareness to this can connect us more deeply with our divine vehicles of consciousness. I took Niraj’s course on MindValley and really enjoyed it. I was stoked to find an app that I could access additional breathing meditations and for free. You can get more through paid, but you don’t have to in order to start investing in your health. The music Niraj creates to accompany the breathwork is amazing. Download it - you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by investing in your health. Peace, love, and light.
