The transformational tools and guided experience have been deeply healing to my mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to further commit to using these tools daily, as I see and feel so much healing and growth when I do. It’s helped me to become whole again, inherently bettering my life, increasing my emotional regulation skills, enhancing my spiritual gifts, building my confidence and love for myself and life. The breathwork has helped me through heartbreak, anger, inner child work, shadow work, grief and impacts how I show up in the world as a woman and a parent. I am deeply grateful for all of the wisdom, energy, intention, and love poured into this app by the entire beats and breath team, and for Spirit guiding them through the process. Amazing tool for anyone, and powerful when used in partnership or group settings.

I’ve tried several different breathwork apps but Beats and Breath is unique and for me the most effective because it gives me the most benefit for my time invested. The music that accompanies the breathwork is incredible and the breathwork leaves me feeling energized but calm and inspired. I like the clear but not overbearing voice guidance and the inspirational but not cheesy messages at the end of the sessions. When I’m done with a session, I feel like I received 3 benefits for a single investment of time - Breathwork, meditation and inspiration. A Beats and Breath session is the most effective use of my time for reducing my stress, increasing my positivity and helping to energize me in a helpful and healthy way.
