Works fine and provides simple data from the resmed air 11 effectively. Integration with my Apple Watch is fine.. I just feel that bearing in mind the wealth of information that is provided on both the machine (that doesn’t get into the daily reports) and also my Apple watch that more much more could be integrated into the app data regarding the type of events and sleep experience aswell as further health insights from my watch data. Maybe weekly/ monthly reports with trends and averages etc..
For a start, I would have selected 4.5 stars if it was an option, and 5 stars if this little issue can be resolved? Basically my issue is just impatience I think. First thing in the morning, I love checking this app, to see what my AHI score is after the nights sleep, as before I started treatment I was diagnosed with a ‘Severe’ sleep apnoea score of 60.8 events per hour. (Anything over 30 AHI is classed as Severe by the NHS in the UK) I’m now down to an average AHI of just 5 events per hour. The machine has truly been life changing for me and I feel so, so much better in the mornings and throughout the hour day. However… some mornings, the data is available immediately, and on others (increasingly frequent, last 3 nights in a row for example) the data is not available until sometimes very late that evening. I’m just wondering is this something I am doing wrong? Or is it an issue with my machine? Could it be my Bluetooth signal causing an issue? Any advice appreciated, great machine!
I enjoy using the app as it gives me peace of mind of what I’m doing right or wrong with my sleep and device . It is always right too . I notice the difference from a good nights sleep and a bad one . Every morning I check my results and I feel better within myself knowing that I persevered and never give up regardless on how challenging a CPAP machine is to use and getting used to
