It gives you a huge survey at the beginning and asks you about your current weight and height, your target weight and target condition and so much more but the survey is worth it because it makes a specialized plan just for you based on your answers. It does offer a paid plan but you can do just fine without it because it still lets you do the designed plan.

Ever since I got the app it has proven to be effective. I love this app, I love the difficulty, the results all of it. But when I started my workout it kept saying that there was a problem and that I had to try again. I kept having to restart the workout over and over again. I still enjoy this app though.
