It asked me what I might likely go injure and I put that I had sensitive knees and back (it has boxes to fill click if you’re sensitive in those parts). Then it proceeded to start me out with side to side jumps which are bad for sensitive knees, back stretches which in theory aren’t bad, but the worst part was the cobra push ups that I ignorantly did, keep in mind I do regular push ups pretty often. After doing those I’ve had back pain for several days afterwards. You’re better off girl push ups and you’ll have 0 chance of back pain with those. So why doesn’t it make you do that? I don’t know all I know is the app’s design is completely flawed.

The workout’s are the best i’ve ever had, but I wish they didn’t cost so much just for 2 or more workouts. It’s like every other workout app with doing 1 workout then needing to pay. But other than that it is an amazing app, and helps with what you really want.

I have been a regular weight lifter for years now. Off and on honestly but I would super set at the gym so I didn’t have downtime in my workouts keeping my heart rate up… and this app kills it. I’m sore In places I didn’t know I had after 2 days. This is different. I’m actually pausing my membership and going to focus on calisthenics from now on.
