I find this app really helpful when searching for healthy recipes. The number they give each recipe makes it really easy to understand what’s healthy and what’s not. I like being able to track all of the different things also.

The biggest takeaway for me while using the MedEmpower Fuel app was realizing that I wasn’t getting enough sleep. This insight was eye-opening and helped me understand how my sleep habits were impacting my overall health and energy levels. Since then, I’ve taken positive steps to improve my sleep routine—and I’m already feeling the benefits! The app made it easy to track my wellness patterns and provided clear, actionable feedback. Besides it being an awful app, it’s also basically a scam. Medimpact required me to use this app regularly for 90 days in order to approve a prescription my doctor ordered for serious health concerns. Every day I’ve logged my meals (even though the app’s a huge waste a time) and talked with the nutritionist. 101 days as of today, and still nothing. My prescription was denied yet again. Every time I call medimpact, they tell me they’ll call me back (and don’t) or say that I have more days to complete (as if I don’t know what 90 days is). To sum it up, this app will basically steal over 90 days of your data with no regards to your health or your own medical team.
