Terrible app that hasn’t been tested by the developers. Can’t retain personal info for repeat prescriptions. Exact inputs required eg. Date of birth mobile number must match format exactly which disappear when you start typing. Continue button hides behind typewriter making it very difficult to proceed. Autofill function stops working half way through using the app forms. This app needs tested by the developers. It’s an AWFUL experience and a repeat pain to use!!!
After having to register everything the first time I used this new version, which was annoying, I now have a new prescription to fill and I although I have an account, I have to fill in all the details again, what shop, my name, phone number, gp etc to get this next prescription filled. I found the old version incredibly easy to use, so quick and easy, but if I have to do this each time, I will go back to phoning the shop directly. This is so user unfriendly. Also having to check for an email instead of getting a text to let you know the prescription has been filled is ridiculous, a text is so much easier and quicker for the customer .
After updating the app I have to register again as a new user which itself is not a good user journey on top of that my previous order history is wiped off leaving me no idea of my existing leftover monthly prescription for ordering. The way it is designed and implemented is customer friendly. Design use case based on customer experience as they are the one who are going to use it rather than just to showcase you have an app. I am a IT Quality Manager and speaking based on my QC experience.
