I keep getting this message “Unfortunately your Pippo registration was unsuccessful. This is likely due to admin error or a mismatch between your Pippo registration and your details on record with my health centre, If you believe this has happened in error, please contact your practice directly and they will be able to assist you.” I contacted my GP practice. They are finding it hard to figure it out as they seem to have the same info as me. They are trying very hard to help me. So I think it is an issue with the app.
Did I miss something? I came to pay for my appointment and I had to type in my card details. So I had to go find my card. This is not anywhere near best practice in 2025. Support PayPal or Apple Pay. It’s not exactly difficult to implement. Apologies if you already do and I just missed it, which is always a possibility, I’m getting old.
As I was downloading (as per my clinic’s suggestion) I read other reviews - same thing is now happening to me that was noted by others over the last few months. You open the app but it’s just a plain white screen. No option to register or log in. Would imagine the other issues mentioned in reviews are ongoing also as there are very few developer responses to them.
