We’re unable to add, remove, replace old attachments to a claim. It makes it difficult to properly attach and organize the requested documents. We’re also unable to edit claims. It’s difficult to ensure everything is accurate. Also, can’t see if miles were added in a previous claim.

This has exceeded my expectations as it is simple to use and file claims from home. Very happy customer here. I would recommend this app.

This app is awful. It constantly forgets the Touch ID option, so I have to reset that Every. Single. Time. Or it will tell me that my password, which I know is correct, is wrong and I have to go through the password reset process AGAIN. If you do manage to log in, it’s extremely basic. It’s a far cry from the actual KP app, which is pretty good and really should just absorb this one so I can check my balance and payment history in the same place I make appointments and payments.
