Kings Deals & Delivery

King’s has the freshest produce and mats. Its deli section is unraveled and its pastries are world class. I always look forward to shopping there and delighting my family when I bring King’s products home.

Everywhere online and in their supermarket ads you see get the “Kings for u“ app. but then search the App Store and there is no such thing. Turns out it’s just the old Kings app. And there’s a tab for Kings for U. None of my info that I spent time filling in online rolls into the app. Start over. The app and this whole system for Kings is just so poorly designed, I doubt I will ever use it. Some of the Digital coupons that appear in the local flyer don’t even exist in the app. No way to get them. And there’s no explanation whether my old Kings membership will work to get the coupon discounts so I don’t have to deal with thi current mess. I don’t think I’ve ever been so frustrated or wasted so much time on an app or online experience before. I should really give it one star but at least the app opens. 🙃
