Jewel-Osco Deals & Delivery

I’ve been using my Jewel app for over five years now and find it user friendly but there’s always room for improvements. First, please bring back the ‘New’ sorting option to the Deals+ section. It used to be there and was removed several years ago. I reported it to the customer service over two years ago but it still hasn’t been added back. In fact, the photo in the App center still shows the ‘New’ button, even though it hasn’t existed in a while. Second, please allow users to disable the store mode. I absolutely hate this automated setting when I’m inside the store because you can’t see the deals you clipped being reflected on the price. Please display the clipped deals in both pick-up and in-store modes or allow to disable the in-store mode. If that cant be fixed, at least display the aisle location of the products in the pickup mode as well. Currently, I have to move the item to my ‘List’ to see the aisle location. Both Target and Mariano’s apps have a great location tool. Lastly, please allow to the Deals+ points and Simply Health points to be combined. It’s really cumbersome to keep track of two points systems. If that’s not possible, please add more options to the Health reward options (why not add oat milk, and not just almond milk?)

I think the points are a nice give and take situation whereby Jewel can track our demographic and related spending and we get “points” for something at Jewel . I used to see coupons for say $5 off for 300 points which made me much more inclined to remind my fiancé to be sure to enter our phone number when he checks out. Otherwise he issues cash because of numerous fraud issues he had prior to getting a protected wallet. Overall. a hope I would have is that you start carrying some local vegan bakers or restaurants food - or just more healthy vegan quick dishes to prepare. True Lemon carries a myriad of boxes of 10 calorie packets that have nothing artificial (no aspartame. Saccharine, sucralose or artificial dyes just a bit of cane sugar, freeze dried fruit and some stevia. Crystal Light Pure had a similar product but this is much better tasing. I have been a vegan since 19 but now my entire immediate family is now eating 99% vegan. It no always makes one feel “.heard” when they feel represented. I don’t know if it’s an app issue or not, but other people get random free items added to their accounts which I never get. This is in addition to the Saturday sampler. At the beginning, there were random coupons for free items (which were usually out of stock), not lately nothing. The other issue I have is clipped offers don’t always come off in the store and the fact that you can’t always see that during checkout is terrible. It would be really helpful if the coupon/offer came off as the items are scanned. But then it’s a trip to the service desk to get you’re few dollars because an offer was not applied for no real reason. Last issue is the health rewards portion of the app. I completed a few goals a week ago, they show complete but the points haven’t registered. Customer service has been no help telling me to uninstall & reinstall the app, check the website (which doesn’t show me the health points or goals). It’s like you hit a certain number of points (not even the max for their highest coupon) & nothing. And they can’t even just credit me the extra points even after I sent them screenshots from their app showing I completed goals, with the March date but the last time points were added was February. It’s disappointing how much trouble it all ends up being to save a few dollars.
