ShopRite Order Express

I always order from shop from home 90% of the time I have an account I sign in there’s never ever a problem the other 10% I go to the store on Hylan Boulevard that’s when I shop walking into the store. My shop from home always comes from the other ShopRite on veterans like I said never a problem I tried to simply order something from catering and it was such a hassle. I had to sign in all my information over and over again my credit card my address my name my email like I had to start a whole new account. Can’t understand why it doesn’t link up. I’ve been with you guys years and years since I moved to Staten Island I don’t understand why theres such a problem. we shop from home from its inception, Anyway hopefully all goes in and I’m gonna pick it up at the store. Hopefully it all works out. I love Shoprite.

Love this app for its simplistic ability to order deli before or while your shopping. Makes it easy to see the sale price of all items in the deli and create an order quick and fast. One caveat though. This app does indeed make provision to input your name , email and phone number and will text and email you when your order is ready if you wish. However, after creating many different orders over the past two years, and picking the order up while shopping, I Will inevitably receive a text telling me that my order is ready at 1:00, or 2:00 in the morning. From the day before. Question is why?

I went online and ordered a cake for my grandson‘s graduation three weeks before the party. I paid for it online. Everything seemed like it was fine. My grandson went to pick it up and I believe that they forgot about doing it. They didn’t know anything about what the cake was supposed to be like. I asked for strawberry filling and they gave me strawberries with cream and strawberries were green and white had no taste whatsoever. The decorations were not multicolored as asked for the writing look like a child had done it. I was so very disappointed I ordered it cost me about $100. On top of it, they tried to get my grandson to pay for it already been paid for the reason. I’m so disappointed is that I have always always loved their cakes and that’s where I’ve always gone through my cakes. We end up throwing almost the entire cake away. Nobody wanted to eat it. The filling was horrible. So I wasted $100. I will say they give us a $20 gift card, which was nice but I don’t feel sufficient enough for $100 cake that nobody ate. Will use ShopRite again for cake? I’m not really sure at this point again. It’s very disappointing to me because I’ve always loved their cakes.
