Prior Orders sometimes take a long time, or can’t load at all. Wine ratings only appear on certain pages - which is annoying. Sometimes, visuals of the shopping cart gets covered in half by some other page of the website that can’t be swiped away or removed by clicking elsewhere. All of these glitches are super annoying because it turns what would otherwise be a quick and easy process (re-ordering your favorite wines) into a laborious one. The functionality seems to be there, it’s just glitchy. Once those are addressed, would be a pleasure to use! Fingers crossed someone listens! 😊

This app works quite well but is a little bit quirky. It will take you some time to get used to how it operates. Once you set it up and figure it out it becomes much easier to use. Unfortunately, the supply of wine is often low. After when I’m looking to order product it is out of stock or has very low quantity. I guess that is a sign of the times.

My wife and I are trying to learn new things and start new hobbies during the COVID-19 Pandemic so we thought why not learn more about wine. What better time to sit at home and drink! We called Gary’s to inquire about their wines and we had a great 30 minute conversation on the phone with an employee all about the different selections and experiences we were hoping to have. He never made us feel like our questions were dumb or like we were wasting his time. Such a pleasurable conversation! He then referred us to the app which was seamless. Safe to say everything was smooth and we got exactly what we were looking for!
