I was provided with a temporary password when I downloaded the app and was able to login. I tried to change the password through settings and selected from the options provided but then it redirects me to a web-based chat box with no option to select to change my password. I can only select from the list of options the chat box provides leaving me with no other options. To make matters even worse, the chat box won’t allow me to type in the request in the message field. It only allows me to select from the options provided. How has no one addressed this yet?

We love Kid Strong, but sometimes the app takes forever to load and the check-in function does not work. They always check us in when we get to class though!

Please distribute the points equally for challenges. Last week we had the opportunity to do one of the larger challenges and my kid got silver right away. Then we did a couple of the smaller challenges and it it didn’t earn her anything. However in class she did not get recognized. Her heart was broken as there was no acknowledgement that she had made progress. It’s great we can rate the class bout would like to be able to submit verbal feedback for coaches and class. Also, would love to be able to provide positive feedback to other kids in her class. A way to use the app for group encouragement
