Smartcare for Parents

There is no way to talk directly with my children’s teachers, which seems to be a running theme in all of the reviews so you think they would have provided some sort of answer for that. The app takes forever to load any media, which makes it challenging to see your children’s photos. lastly, they’re now charging parents to use a checking account to pay their bills. I understand a credit card fee, but a direct pay checking account. Just seems like they’re robbing parents.

This was a selling point for my daycare, but the app itself is trash. It’s full of bugs. Updates don’t come through despite confirming with my daycare that they’re doing everything correctly on their end. It’s extremely important that I know how much my infant ate and slept everyday and this app just doesn’t deliver the basic info it’s designed to deliver. The billing system is unbelievably glitchy. The payment history doesn’t reflect what’s actually been paid. Paying with two cards doesn’t work. I’m not sure what this app actually does well.
