I am not able to log into the app. I just keep getting an error message that my email address is not valid. It also didn’t get an email that my test results were ready (and an email for the app with email username/password) until over two weeks after my test results actually came in. Please fix your app and processes!
I used the app a few times and it was great. Now it does not remember my password and when I click forgot password to enter my email it keeps saying server error.
For the cost of the test, it’s surprising that the app design and reliability is disappointing. Similar to another user, the loading circle of death is quite frustrating. If it does eventually load, I would suggest screenshotting your results.
