Logging food or drinks is a nightmare. AI does not capture accurately. The pre-loaded menu is limited and difficult to search. If you add manually, you usually need to input the info multiple times until it saves. I would not rely solely on this app for an accurate picture of your glucose as it relates to nutrition choices. I would not use this app by choice. This is the app my provider partnered with.
This app in short, sucks! It will randomly automatically add activities and then you can’t delete the error. This didn’t happen once but multiple times. If you care about keeping track of what you eat, find another app! I wish I could but it’s paired with my CGM, so I have no choice. Really wish they’d hire some good software engineers, cuz whoever designed this are mid!
I have to use this app for my CGM and my health provider. Please fix the notifications. I turn off the “score” which means nothing and it stays on…and it is annoying. Same with some of the other notifications. It is starting to freeze and doesn’t hold edits or photos at times. When I adjust the quantity of items I eat it does not recognize the change to change the calorie count. Example 2 eggs vs 3 so the measurements are not accurate unless it got it right with its photo. The AI photo does a pretty good job but if you are tracking calories or nutrients it’s not going to be accurate it it does not recognize changes if it got it wrong.
