At first, I was excited to use this app. I like the variety of different slot games they had available after depositing around $67-$70. My winnings came to $50. I’d realize that the payout wasn’t as large on Jackpot City as it has been for me on other casino apps once I started to go through the withdraw process to withdraw my $50 I was hit with a verification process which I was confused by seeing as to how I didn’t have to verify anything to deposit money into the casino now to get the winnings they want me to verify a bunch of things. secondly, they’re asking me to upload documents to an unsecured website, that’s not even working. I really feel like this is just a scam and it’s almost impossible to get an answer right away. I’ve been waiting a day or two to even get a response from the helpdesk first I was told it takes 24 hours to receive my withdrawal, then I was told 48 hours after I didn’t receive it the first time now they’re asking for a verification information be uploaded to an unsecured website that doesn’t even work. Obviously, I’ll be going through the process to get my money back, but once I do, this app will be deleted right away. Hopefully others find themselves luckier than me.

Great app so far, admittedly, I might be semi-bias as having an initial win helps! I've been jumping in and out of Casino apps for years.
