I understand having to check bank statements and ID’s for withdrawals occasionally. However, my physical drivers license is expired and I can’t get to anywhere to get the actual card so I renewed my drivers license online which is still a legal document. The police would take it, a bank will take it. Sugarhose verification will not take it though. I’ve had a sizable amount to withdraw for a week now, have spoken to live support and sent 17 emails to support and have never got a reply. I’m not playing that money if that’s what they’re waiting for. I have legal documents issued by Penndot and apparently SugarHouse believes they’re above that. So moral of the story is make sure you have a way to get everything they need the second the want it for you winnings, even if you physically cannot go anywhere to get said items. ***EDIT TO ADD*** After 3 weeks and sending endless documents, emails, and sitting on support chat I did get my withdrawal. Honestly, I know SH and Betrivers are basically one in the same, but my experience on BerRivers has always been better. This money I won on SH was the very first win from them in 4 years so I guess it was worth all the frustration.
