The number one thing I love about Covid nugget is that when you withdraw the money shows up into your account within a minute sometimes seconds other apps take a day sometimes an hour golden nugget has always has my withdrawal into my account within a minute. Another thing is they have demos so if you can try to came out before you play it there’s rarely any bugs or problems with the app like that MGM I’ve had so many issues with their app. It’s ridiculous and they just banded me for no reason I didn’t do nothing and they banned me. That’s the second time they banned me for no reason. But Golden Nugget their customer service is great. They’ve always made things right also they have a lot of different slots to play. I wish they would get rid of the 10 times play through or whatever times play through when you have bonus credits or casino credits or whatever I just wish that they would let you have that as your money and not have to play to retrieve that money. if you guys did that your customer go away way way up I love plays the most. I’m scared to look at my net last statement because I put a lot of money in there and I’m not rich by any means I’m not poor either. Five stars are gold nugget I think it’s the best online no gambling out. There is out there. So good job the nugget two thumbs up and five stars!!!

This was a nightmare and just a few hours ago got to play I just received partial withdrawals and not all. So I will give them a little while more. Otherwise that would mean they stole my winnings. I think if this no longer is an issue and I receive ALL my winnings and no more games and tactics to distract me when on a winning streak role and in the zone. I estimate at least $500-$1000 more I potentially would have withdrawn instead of unnecessary interruptions stressing me and just disappointing from my experience at your Hotel in old Vegas. It’s says I wagered $500 . Of the $500 I wagered I only had 5 wins over $10 on slots. I bet between .60-$1 per spin I maybe had 4 bonuses in that span. Disappointed. If you want to lose your money quicker than the other apps then This is the app for you. It’s also really glitchy. Every spin on slots the game would freeze then start back up. Definitely not a good experience. They must know this cause they ask you to rate the app even before you start playing any casino games. I bet if they asked the same question later in the day everyone would give it 0 stars Go elsewhere if you want to play casinos games go to Wind Creek. I joined that app a month a ago and I already cashed out $2,500. It’s not as easy to get your winnings but you will have a better chance at winning than this or any other app.
7/1 I made another deposit to see if the app improved…….. well no. They did a 100% deposit match but u had to play thru it 10xs but I think I got thru it 1.5 times before I zeroed out. Again don’t waste your money on the app. I tried to remove myself from this app and even trying to do that they make impossible. Definitely not worth anything
