Because I commented to a support rep that they should the turn winning switch back on but comment ended with lol. Keep in mind that I had a relationship with the support reps. Spoke to them pretty much every other day and I have joked with them before about certain things and I just said simply that with an lol at the end. Well, about 10 minutes later I get an email from some dude with a Napoleon complex. Email states my acct has been closed and locked, and it’s been permanently closed -all because of that!!!! Now all the rewards that I purchased that I have earned are now gone!! They of course, have no issue taking your money every single day for the past five years but then you make a little comment in a joking manner and they take everything that you have earned and say it’s supposed to be for fun ! well guess what playing with your free play that you have earned is certainly fun but you won’t give that back to me so if it’s really about fun at least give my rewards back to me that I’ve earned and let me have some fun so if you’re gonna say something at least be true to it. Terrible terrible management.

There are dozens of other apps on the market with a better user interface, customer support, and withdrawal system. Without having to opp in to some program (for which they provide little guidance), you need to withdraw via paper check or go to the casino cashier cage. Yes, you read that correctly. Their inability to withdraw to your bank account is astoundingly bad. I am currently waiting on my paper check to be processed, which can take as long as 10 days according to their website. They also have a huge hit or miss on customer service. Example: I needed to add my apartment number to my address so the check would go to the right spot. I needed to provide utility bills in order to simply add in this field (I didn’t need to change my street address). When I finally got approval, they couldn’t change it themselves, they had to email management to make the change. Until I followed up twice, this change just didn’t occur. Their new deposit bonus is pretty decent, but once I get my check I’m gone.

I originally wrote a negative review due to geolocation issues, but they have resolved those, so I am re-reviewing this app. Now this review is about the app, not the casino itself. Of the real money gaming options out there, this casino is decent. Keep in mind, however, that you are GAMBLING, which means you will probably lose in the long run. People that complain they didn’t win money, well they’re just not being realistic. The games are designed to take your money. Period. I am a sucker for deposit match bonuses which WindCreek is doing every day at the moment - deposit $200 and get $400 to play with, with only a 3x playthrough requirement. Smart move on their part because I am depositing every day now, which I wouldn’t be without that bonus. Anyway, regarding the app, it has definitely improved. What they still need to do is to sort the games into categories like they do on their website (or even better - like by developer), instead of giving one huge list of tiny icons to scroll through when looking for the game you want. Other than that, I have no complaints - other than, please start adding new games occasionally! Get some Everi and/or Kunami games! I think they’ve only added one new game in the last month. Overall, a decent app. I still play through safari sometimes though because it is easier to find the game I’m looking for.
