Does this app ever work for anyone? No matter which choice I am asked to make I get an error message. Can’t even enter a location manually. Errors out after typing the first three letters. What do we need to do to use this app?

Takes the hassle out of using my travel insurance. Very helpful tools that allowed me to find a provider easily.

Compared to the BCBS national app, this worldwide app works at lightning speed. The following needs to be fixed or improved: For locations that use non-Romanized script, i.e., Japan, Taiwan, & Thailand, have the address written in the native script as well as in its Romanized equivalent. 2) The accuracy of the information and search results could be somewhat improved a) In Taiwan, people speak Mandarin, not "Hong Kong S.A.R." Language i.e., Cantonese, b) One provider in Germany was listed along with providers in Taiwan where I was browsing. 3) There is a tab to "save", but save what? I assumed that I could save certain providers as favorites, but there is no way to save providers as favorites at all. This app does provide peace of mind, but could be better.
