I love how easy it is to use the app. I map love the interaction with the coaches to help provide you with many different ways to improve your health.

I have had problems with this app and ShareCare. I have tried every fix with this app. Once it opens it takes me directly to settings and as soon as I close it the app completely shuts down. As for the ShareCare app that is worse. GOOD LUCK WITH THEIR TECH SUPPORT. I have been waiting 2 weeks for “some one to get back to me”. Don’t call them because they just take your information and say they will email you. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. So I can’t use either program and now have to opt out. I know my employer paid a lot of money to participate. WHAT A WASTE!

The Sharecare app often will kick you out and no reason is given. When I tried to log in using the login and password it won’t take it then it tells you it is locked and you have to go through the password reset process.
It is a real pain. If you have to reset passwords then you should get a message telling you to do so.
