Not working
App will not allow you to log in. It scans for Face ID. Then send you an email with a confirmation number. The app will not allow you to put the information number in, the text box doesn’t work and the keyboard doesn’t come up.

SO great!
I love the MESSA app! It’s been awesome to be able to check all of my information, even though I’m a dependent. So easy to access claims, deductible, etc.! Thankful for MyMESSA!

I am very glad to see MESSA (the best healthcare for public employees in Michigan by far) has an app! I have already used it to check my deductible and look up my insurance number to fill out a form. Simple and easy to use. I look forward to seeing what features will be added.
