The app has a check in button but it literally does nothing. This is the essential function of an airlines app and they can’t even do that right

This app requires you to create an account. After you fill in all of your personal information, it says it is going to send a confirmation email to allow you to use the app. But the email never arrives. Their web site has the same problem. Coincidence? No, because the app appears to be largely a Webkit view that wraps their web site in an app shell. The English translations are... well, bad. “When did you born?” We all localize our apps but when you do, please use a professional translation service, not Google Translate.
