Unable to add itinerary after hours of attempt. Verification using passport NFC scan took hours to work which was required to add itineraries, but even after successfully verified the identity, still unable to add itineraries using passport number and eticket number. Calling customer support was not helpful either as the person couldn’t figure it out and said she would contact their support but never heard back and still can’t add the itinerary . Never had so much problems with an airline app.

I tried checking in on both the phone app and the website but it would not work with multiple tries entering my name different ways. Finally I called the phone number and someone told me I had to enter my name of any specific way. “FAMILY/FIRST MIDDLE” I recommend that you put on your website the specific format that the name must be entered. It will not only save your customers lots of time it will also keep your customers from having to call your phone number and use your service representatives time.

Don’t know why there’s a large amount of negative reviews. It’s not the best but still not the worst. It’s the most reliable airline when you travel around China. Some international flights are satisfying as well. The app is easy-to-use and I haven’t encountered any weird error yet.
