Arrived at 2am in HND to find my bags completely destroyed. 0 representatives around at that hour. Contacted the airline via email to be told they didn’t cover zippers per their policy. They must have a visually impaired employee reviewing cases since my bags zippers were intact and the bags were dented with broken wheels. My bags were also tampered with and items were missing. I’ve flown all over the world for the past 15 years and I’ve never experienced anything like this!

This is honestly the best cheap airline I’ve ever flown. Very polite staff, online check in available, pretty clean, no fuss over baggage or baggage drop, overall 10/10! It’s not a luxury airline but it’s exactly what u want for a buffet airline. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I checked in for 6 people and maybe one person’s information was incorrect. It returned an error with no information about what went wrong. I was brought back to the view boarding pass page and it only shows 5 boarding passes. I was scared that the error lost my reservation. I tried numerous time to check and my boarding was still missing. I finally tried the manage button and found my reservation. It’s extremely frustrating when there were no instructions. Someone should QA the system better.
