This app has been straightforward to use for a long time with easy access to my account for ordering regular medicines. Recently, I have not been able to get into the app using my CT number and password. I have tried changing the password. Deleting and re-downloading the app. Turning my phone off and on again and then re-signing in. But it refuses to believe my sign in data although I know it is correct because I can, however, sign in with those same details on the Web. I hope this glitch will be resolved soon as it’s always been until now, a seamless and welcome service via the app.
Update: Back to being useless. Can’t order any medication. Managed to sort out using the app after a phone call to Healthnet Homecare. And certainly no CT number on the messages or with the first delivery I got. Not a good start. Will update if and when I get into the app.

As my next scheduled injection should be on the 4th February, I was getting stressed. On the 27th, I used your enquiries email, only to be sent a system generated ‘help’ page, which clearly did not cover my question. I followed this up with another email. By mid-day today, not receiving a call or email, I logged in again to your app. A delivery confirmation was now showing. The first available date is 3rd February, one day before I need it. Is this your usual procedure? I am 73 and tech savvy, but I worry for those that are not, and have no one to help.
