It took them a year to diagnose me with Crohn’s disease so I try to advocate for the people who are going through similar situations. I wish I would have known about this app sooner. I have tried the food diary and I just had trouble keeping track of everything. This app makes it so easy to log what my body is going through on a daily basis. I love the feature where you can snap a picture of your food and it can show you possible triggers of what you are eating. It also makes it so easy to log all of my symptoms and I like to log things as my body is going through them even if I don’t feel well it is so easy to do! Love the app will be recommending!
As someone with Ulcerative Colitis, I love this app so much. It helps narrow down what is causing flare up in my gut. I have a hard time recognizing the patterns so with this app doing it for me I can help avoid the foods that don’t make me feel good. It’s such a life saver and wish I knew about it sooner. The one thing that I wish was added on the app is in the medication list there isn’t an option for enemas. There’s only oral medication, injections, and infusions which is great! But there’s a disclaimer that says please put your medication in accurately. Which I am unable to do considering an enema medication isn’t taken orally or by injection or infusion. Once that is hopefully added it will be perfect for me!
I’ve been battling IBD for years, and this app is truly a lifesaver. It makes it incredibly easy to log every symptom, track bowel movements, and stay on top of medication schedules. The AI food logging feature is brilliant—no more guessing what I ate last week, and it’s been super helpful for spotting potential triggers. The detailed symptom tracker means I actually remember what to tell my doctor, and being able to see flare patterns in real time is such a relief. I love how intuitive and well-designed the interface is—clearly made by people who understand IBD inside and out. If you need a reliable companion to keep tabs on your health (and remind you to take your meds!), this is it. Highly recommend to anyone managing Crohn’s, colitis, or any form of IBD. Take care of those flares!
