I’ve had an account with fortune coins for two years and when I finally tried to redeem and had 4 pending redemptions they locked me out of my account without any warning or logical reason besides not wanting to pay out. Like how convenient. What great timing. Then emailed me saying they are doing a security check on my account. That was two days ago and I’ve sent them all my bank statements and I haven’t been given any good reason why they highjacked my account and prizes. There isn’t a good reason, that’s why. I’ve been a great customer since 2023 and now I’m in the dark. I went from happy as ever that I won enough to want to redeem and then they pull the rug out from under me. If by some miracle they end up paying me the prize I rightfully won and deserve then I’ll leave an updated 5 star review. But I have the feeling that Fortune Coins isn’t what it used to be and FC is becoming something of the dark web.

I submitted a redemption request and they rejected it because they stated that I had multiple accounts. And refused to give me my funds, I wouldn’t advise anyone to trust them. They ask you to send in all of your information to verify your identity and still find a reason to reject you and not give you your funds, I have been playing other games online and they don’t ask for all of that and it don’t take them 3 to 7 days to get your funds, it only takes about 5 minutes, I just wonder how many others they have four this to. They are just scamming people.

Extremely clunky. Spin rate is way to fast which makes it good for you because you can take my money fast but awful for the customer. Probably the worst slots app I’ve ever used.
