I’ve never seen an app like this before. I’m impressed on how well the AI works and knows about me. I love my ball in the centre of my screen changing colours as I talk to it and the lovely notifications I get with messages tailored to me. My favourite feature is the ability to quickly register how I’m feeling and ovum categorising it intelligently. I just love everything about it. I’d like to be able to upload my past data in bulk from other period tracking apps so ovum knows about that too, besides of that, I love it 🙌🏽
As a mum juggling all the moving parts of work, life & family my health (as much of a priority it is) has always been so siloed and now more than ever I want more control over my health. Ovum is actually helping me connect between my cycle, mood, energy, sleep, and lifestyle. I’ve especially LOVED uploading a recent GP & specialist report into health records - it’s a game changer!! What I love most is how intuitive it actually is; it really is like having my own women’s health coach on my phone. It’s helped me track patterns I didn’t know existed, and feel more empowered to make decisions around my health goals. I check in 3 times a day, it’s now beginning to be part of my routine. I wish I had this years ago!
I've been using Ovum almost daily since it launched and it's quickly become part of my routine. Each morning, I write in the app how I slept and how I'm feeling - almost like a digital journal, but with the bonus of having the AI respond thoughtfully. It really feels like having a supportive companion. One feature I love though - after I completed a workout, I wrote how many calories I burned, I asked Ovum for a dinner idea using what I already had in the fridge. Normally, after a workout I’m starving and just eat whatever, but this time the app helped me put together a low calorie, nutritious meal that actually kept me full. It even adjusted the portions based on my BMI and energy output. Super smart and practical. Definitely a standout app, I love it!
