Website asks if you have a preferred name. App does not, would be nice if it was consistent. Service itself seems good, however I have just booked a consult within the last 5 mins so haven’t had it yet

Amazing service - I have used SISTR several times now. Every doctor I have spoken to has been extremely professional, proactive, and informative. I cannot recommend them highly enough! The level of care is wonderful, and makes for a really positive healthcare experience particularly as a woman or afab person. The booking style (choosing a time slot window to expect a call within instead of a specific time) might not work for everyone, but being able to access a same day appointment via phone/video call is so worth it for me. So far the app has been great, it’s simple and easy to use.

It would be great if the full pdf version of the pathology reports were available on the app. I have been trying to contact via the contact me as every time I call back there’s an issue but I’ve been trying to get the full pdf results for existing tests and tests that were done at a hospital with a lab and I have had someone email me who is unable to understand my request. The app doesn’t have all the info that is included on pathology reports as needed to see if there has been any changes to levels. Not just positive/negative is needed but MORE INFO PLEASE INCLUDE ACTUAL PATHOLOGY REPORTS. Especially considering YOUR DEMOGRAPHIC THAT YOU AIM YOUR SERVICES TOWARDS.
