My friends and I have conducted multiple experiments with this app. It does NOT actually match you with “friends of friends”. It will say that a recommended match is a contact of two of my friends, but neither of them know who that person is or even has that name or a similar name in their contacts list. Then later, they’ll both get the exact same person, as a recommended match, with it saying he’s a direct contact of someone else. Pretty messed up and dishonest that the app is completely misrepresenting what it’s doing. The whole point I signed up was because it felt safer than meeting complete strangers. We will all be deleting and telling everyone we know to stay away.

If you’re not comfortable just getting connecting to anyone. This is the app for you. High quality matches, quality people and a smooth experience. Highly recommend for all the singles out there.

Anyone who has used a dating app knows how difficult paywalls and random people can be, as well as the addictiveness of them. Friends of Friends does a great job at eliminating this especially the addiction part. You only get matches once a day which eliminates the endless scrolling. And no paywall as of now! Would recommend to everyone
