The information provided by the app often has incorrect copays listed and is difficult to understand if a medical facility or procedure is covered if you don’t know specifically the person you will be seeing. I still haven’t received a clear answer on where to go for a regular annual mammogram, Tier 1 despite using the App, calling Coupe’s Customer and speaking with the providers in my city. I’ve also had numerous billing issues and spent hours on the phone and email writing with no resolution over 9 months. I’d avoid this plan in general if you can…

I’ve never been more impressed with a health application. Managing multiple plans used to be complicated, but Coupe has simplified everything. From finding quality care to understanding the exact cost of services, it truly streamlines the entire experience. Thanks to Coupe, my family no longer faces unexpected $3,000 emergency room visits. The user experience is so much better than the prior version. Greatly appreciate the proactive prices. I checked it a few days and wasn't seeing the results I expected but it looks like it has been fixed now.
