I have to use this app in order to get a weight loss prescription covered by insurance. I have to log my meds and they keep disappearing. Also I have to put in the food that I eat. Supposed to take a picture and it will give you nutritional values bit it doesn’t work. I eat meals from Tovala which provides all nutritional values but doesn’t come close to what the app says. I’ve tried several ways to enter food with little success. In order to get my meds at a co-pay price I have to enter everything on this app. I was spending so much time trying to do this but all the info I entered sometimes saves but mostly doesn’t save. I feel as if there is way too much info required and if it would save correctly wouldn’t be so bad but I will go through weeks that disappears. I then get letters from CVS that tells me I that I have to pay full price because I haven’t logged everything. Really bad app. I also have to speak with a nutritionist once a month but either they don’t follow up or the appointments get cancelled. I use the chat function and still get letters that says I’m not logging correctly.

I’m so excited to get started! I just took the time to read every single comment and I’m convinced that it’s just a matter of time before I’ll get to participate in a class action lawsuit!! Bring on the bugs and the hppa violations!! I’m ready!! Basically, your medication is being held hostage until you pay the incredibly high price of your privacy. BOOM! Don’t expect to feel good about yourself after that initial call. I fought my Doctor when she wanted me to try this medication. Refused to consider it because another of these medications made so sick that I literally had to quit taking it. But I agreed to try when my A1c hit 11. Within months it dropped to 7 and at my last appointment it was 6.5. And I wasn’t sick and I was losing weight. Sounds like a win-win, right?? But now, I have to sell my privacy to obtain a prescription, AND they have blocked my supplemental provider from paying it. They told me they’re more than happy to pay it but there is a block on my account because Caremark is my primary. Literally they are holding my medication hostage. I cannot have this medication unless I agree to stop being fat. Period. It’s a scary thought, isn’t it? I just can’t wait for some young, ambitious, and savvy attorney gets ahold of it.

This app was required by my health insurance in order to keep my coverage. CVS bought out Aetna. This app is very intrusive, it continually sends alerts. I have spent countless hours on this awful app watching all the required endless videos and taking all the test. I’ve answered question after question even ones that aren’t even relative. A lot of my information that I put in does not save correctly. This app forces you to answer question that do not apply. This app will require me to use it at all hours. Whether it’s 1 AM at night or 9 AM in the morning, I am required to do what the app says or I could lose my coverage. I’ve gotten a letter in the mail stating that failure to comply with this app I will lose my coverage. I now am required to see a virtual CVC clinic-ee with this app and do Zoom meetings with them. I am seeing my real in person doctor and nutritionist, but apparently this app wants to take over that. I am now required to do everything the app says. Also, this app is a Huge HIPA violation if you ask me. I have to comply In order for me to get medication, even though everything has already been approved. I do NOT recommend this app. For reference, I am writing this at 3 AM in the morning because the app woke me up to answer more questions or else.
