MyActiveHealth Wellness

My Active Health is a really helpful and easy-to-use app. It lets you track your health and activity, check your health records, and communicate with your healthcare provider all in one place. The simple design and useful reminders make it easier to stay on top of your wellbeing every day. One improvement that would be great is having a full monthly calendar view for 1-to-1 coaching sessions. Currently, seeing availability for only a few days can be frustrating, especially when it shows no appointments available. A monthly view with clear indicators—such as green for available and grey for fully booked or unavailable—would make it much easier to plan and select sessions.

This app is one of the most frustrating I have ever used. It is so difficult to load data or sync data. I have my Apple Watch on daily to keep track of steps/miles. Most of the time I have to exit the app and go into the Health app on my phone, click on my steps or exercises or sleep, in order to initiate it. Then I have to go back to the ActiveHealth app to try and sync the data. No matter how many times I tap on sync data, you have no idea if the data did sync or not. Then you try to go into the Challenge only to find the data still did not sync. I’m still trying to find out if you get any kind of prizes for the points you earn. No info. I guess you just celebrate getting the little hearts. This is the worse health app I’ve ever used. I don’t need to contact support or email support for help. Quite simply- FIX YOUR APP! The problem is not a user issue. The app has its flaws and needs to be fixed. That is the real problem. Developers need to fix the problem. It’s that simple. I am most likely going to just delete it and continue to track my activity through another app.
