Rounded up a 3.5 star rating. Would love to see some upgrades, improved intuitive functionality. Times out too fast. Had to enter twice. The submit a claim function a bit confusing for HSA users bc only applicable for FSA. Appreciate that HSA is in palm of my hand, and very accessible. The hardest part is entering receipt details if it does not time out, but very smooth sailing and quick once submitted. Thanks.

This isn’t something I use often and they selected the user name for me—not something easy to remember. Similarly the password rules are cumbersome, so the password is an odd format. I often have to reset them because they are odd and need to remember what all the crazy rules were for setting it up. This time I remembered my password and could log in without having to reset it. It probably sensed it wasn’t like me to do that, so it made me change my password before doing anything else. Naturally, it sent me right back to the login screen to see if I can type my new password a third time. Seriously, if I’m not the right person, I’m the guy who just reset the password and had to type it twice to do so. What are you proving? Anyway, I started to file a claim, filled in all the info, went to take a picture of the receipt, I can’t. The app doesn’t have access to the camera. Click on settings, enable access, go back to the app, the P.O.S. Has me logged out. I log back in and the claim is gone. Start it all over again. The sad thing is this is an improvement over not using the app. It seems that someone out there wants to make us earn every penny we save by being able to pay for medical bills with pre tax dollars. Sure I save a few dollars in tax, but to get my money back I’m spending more in time than I’m saving by using pre tax money. Starting to think this whole program is a scam.

The application is very simple and easy to navigate with user functionality available on the right portions of the screen some people complain. It does have minimal applications. The website applications is a better version. The app is quick and easy to use in a pinch upload receipts file claims. I have not any issues utilize any app, downloading it
