Spending Account Mobile Center

I don’t use the app often, but every time I do, there is some new feature that doesn’t work. I logged in and the app wanted me to change my password. Usually this part is difficult, but I managed to get past this. As soon as you change, you need to log in again. Annoying, but not unusual. I logged in and it asks you to select a method of verifying and says it cares about my security. The page turns white and nothing shows up. No selection to text or email. There is a number to call for help and the assistance is direction to access from a PC. I have the mobile app on my mobile device but I can’t use it because I’m apparently not seeing enough of the screen to make a selection to verify my identity so I need to find a pc to access the mobile app. Makes no sense.

The application is very simple and easy to navigate with user functionality available on the right portions of the screen some people complain. It does have minimal applications. The website applications is a better version. The app is quick and easy to use in a pinch upload receipts file claims. I have not any issues utilize any app, downloading it

Rounded up a 3.5 star rating. Would love to see some upgrades, improved intuitive functionality. Times out too fast. Had to enter twice. The submit a claim function a bit confusing for HSA users bc only applicable for FSA. Appreciate that HSA is in palm of my hand, and very accessible. The hardest part is entering receipt details if it does not time out, but very smooth sailing and quick once submitted. Thanks.
