I think this app is very helpful however it is constantly glitching. Entering in the food diary is annoying because you can’t hit submit or save without having to play with the keyboard. The food for my current day doesn’t show on the log and food from other days is showing up in duplicates. If you click from the notification bar you have to close the app to get out of the messages area and use the whole thing again. I think it needs work on functionality because right now it is just frustrating and time consuming. It is the one I see my nutritionist on so it would be awesome to use it with more ease.

I don’t really get the negative reviews. Even before this newest app update, I didn’t have any problems except for when my internet was slow, which isn’t any fault of the app’s. It did take a while (about a month and a half) for me to get my first appointment, but I assume it’s because having new patients is a lot of work. My dietician and I hit it off immediately, and she has made me feel very comforted in this very new territory for me. She is very kind and personable, and makes the process of improving my nutrition seem less daunting. Plus, the app itself offers so many things, from digestion tracking, to water intake, and food journaling. I really love this app, and I’d definitely recommend giving the service a try if your insurance helps cover for costs. I’m very fortunate to have minimal costs due to my insurance, so I’m unsure how expensive it can get. But if you’re covered and can connect with the right person, it’s really worth a shot!

I feel like there could be more to this app, and it leaves a lot to be desired. It just seems to be missing a lot of amenities one might think of when it comes to nutrition, diet, and therapy. The water logging option within the app also isn’t functioning. If the main way of contact with our dietician and way of logging our food/diet is through the app it’d make sense to create a better app to work with. Truly, I may be seeking other dietician services because of how underwhelming the app is.
